Hello everyone! Today I wanna talk about a really fun looking product from Lancôme. The new “Juicy Shaker” looks like what it says, a cocktail shaker, but it’s actually  a lipgloss. These come in 14 shades, one being a limited edition shade. It’s a bit of a funny and intriguing product. To apply the product, first you need to shake it. The more you shake, the stronger the colour gets. It has a soft cushion applicator that helps the product to melt onto the lips. It’s supposed to be quite nourishing too with ingredients like omega 3, sweet almond oil and cranberry oil. I was kinda biased about these but I’m feeling more and more intrigued. Herkese merhaba! Bugün sizlere Lancôme‘un yeni ve eğlenceli bir ürününden bahsetmek istiyorum. “Juicy Shaker”lar tam da isimleri gibi kokteyl karıştırıcılarına benziyor ama aslında bunlar küçük sevimli dudak parlatıcıları. 14 farklı rengi olan bu parlatıcıların bir tanesi ise sınırlı sayıdaki koleksiyona ait. Biraz ilgi çekici ve komik bir ürün aslında. Ürünü uygulamak için önce iyice sallamanız gerekiyor. Ne kadar çalkalarsanız renk o kadar yoğunlaşıyor. Yumuşak sünger uçlu bir aplikatörü var, bu aplikatör ürünün dudaklara iyice eriyerek dağılmasını sağlıyor. Oldukça da nemlendirici ve besleyici bir ürün. İçeriğinde omega 3, tatlı badem yağı ve kızılcık yağı bulunuyor. Başta bunlara karşı biraz önyargılıydım ama gittikçe ilgimi çekmeye başladı. I recently talked about that I wanted to try out Catrice products and yesterday I had the chance to go into the drugstore and grab some of their stuff as well as some other bits I wanted to try out. Here’s what I got and also my first impressions on some of them:

NEW / YENİ: MAC X GUO PEI COLLECTION

I usually don’t go crazy with product packagings but OH MY GOD! This is the most beautiful thing I’ve seen! The new limited edition Mac collection by the Chinese haute-couture designer Guo Pei is da bomb! According to Mac’s website the designer was inspired by her “garden of the soul”. The packagings are so gorgeous and I can’t take my eyes off them. They all feature a delicate design with flowers on them. The collection includes two eyeshadow quads, three Fluidline gel liners, three lipsticks, three Cremesheen lipglasses, two powder blushers, a beauty powder, an eyeshadow brush and a multi-purpose face brush. The shades are all so soft and beautiful. There’s nothing too dark or glittery. If you’re a nude lover, you’ll definitely wanna check these out. I especially love the lipstick shades. All three of them are lovely lighter to darker pink shades. The collection is already available on Mac’s website, you can see the products in detail and shop the collection here. Mac’in Çinli haute-couture tasarımcısı Guo Pei tarafından hazırlanan sınırlı sayıdaki yeni koleksiyonu bi’ harika dostum! Mac’in websitesine göre tasarımcı kendi “ruh bahçesi”nden ilham almış. Ambalajlar müthiş güzellikte, bakmaya doyamıyor insan. Hepsinde, üstünde çiçekler olan narin bir desen var. Koleksiyonda iki adet dörtlü far paleti, üç adet Fluidline jel eyeliner, üç adet ruj, üç adet Cremesheen dudak parlatıcı, iki adet kompakt allık, bir adet pudra, bir adet göz fırçası ve bir adet de çok amaçlı yüz fırçası bulunuyor. Renklerin hepsi birbirinden güzel ve yumuşak tonlarda. Aşırı koyu ya da simli olan hiçbir şey yok. Eğer doğal tonlardan hoşlanıyorsanız, kesinlikle bu koleksiyona bir göz atın derim. Ben özellikle rujların renklerine bayıldım. Üçü de çok hoş açıktan koyuya pembe tonlarında. Mac’in websitesinde koleksiyonla ilgili bilgi olmasına rağmen henüz satışta yok ama eli kulağındadır. NEW / YENİ: YSL POP WATER COLLECTION SUMMER 2015

I just can’t deny the fact that this new collection from YSL looks just like candy and I like it. I’m not a huge fan of bright colours but they look soooo summery and beautiful I just can’t help myself. They remind me of tanned skin, beach and heat… YSL’s Summer 2015 Pop Water Collection is everything I’d want from a summer makeup collection. They’re supposed to give a wash of colour to the face without looking too much. Basically it’ll give you a “no-makeup” makeup look. So sheer, light and beautiful… This collection offers four different products;

YSL’in yeni koleksiyonun şeker gibi göründüğü, benim de buna bayıldığımı inkar edemeyeceğim valla. Parlak renklere pek bayılmam ama bunlar o kadar “yazlık” duruyorlar ki kendimi alamıyorum. Bana plajı, sıcağı ve bronz teni hatırlatıyorlar. YSL’in Yaz 2015 Pop Water koleksiyonu bana bir yaz makyaj koleksiyonundan isteyebileceğim her şeyi sunuyor. Fazla makyajlı gözükmeden hafif renk vaat ediyor koleksiyon. Yani “makyajsız” makyaj görünümünü yakalamak isteyenler için tam. İncecik, hafif ve çok güzel… Bu koleksiyonda dört farklı ürün bulabilirsiniz;

• Vernis à Lèvres Plump Up Glossy Stain ($36): A non-tingly lip plumper which I’de be excited to try. It comes in only one shade, a really soft shimmery pink that’s basically clear. I wonder if it actually makes the lips fuller…

Karıncalanma hissi yaratmayan ve ilgimi çeken bir dudak dolgunlaştırıcı. Sadece tek rengi mevcut, çok açık ışıltılı bir pembe, neredeyse renksiz denebilir. Gerçekten dudakları dolgunlaştırıp dolgunlaştırmadığını merak ediyorum ben…

• Vernis à Lèvres Glossy Stains ($36): Eight new “Glossy Stains” that are the perfect Spring/Summer colours. Which one to grab though..?

“Glossy Stain”lerin sekiz yeni rengi İlkbahar/Yaz için tam anlamıyla mükemmel dudak parlatıcıları. Ama hangisini almalı..?

• La Lacque Couture Nail Lacquer ($27): These are what drew me in to this collection in the first place. Semi-transparent four shades of nail polish amazingness will be the best alternative to your classic two-coat mani.

Beni bu koleksiyona ilk çekenler bunlar olmuştu aslında. Yarı transparan bu dört renk oje, klasik iki kat manikürünüze en iyi alternatif olacak.

• Full Metal Shadow Metallic Eye Color Liquid Eyeshadow ($30): A sheer coat of liquid bronze eyeshadow to complete the “Bronze Goddess” look… But you can choose from 10 shades of beautiful colours.

“Bronz Tanrıça” görünümünü tamamlayacak incecik likit bronz far… Ama siz 10 renkten istediğinizi seçebilirsiniz.

NEW / YENİ: MAC VIVA GLAM BY MILEY CYRUS

Hello everyone! Mac is back with another Viva Glam collection and this time they collaborated with Miley Cyrus. There is a lipstick and a tinted lipglass that are pure Miley pinks. Like full on vibrant fuschia pink is what I’m saying. I do have similar colours in my collection and even though I’m a neutral-lover I quite like these colours with a natural eye makeup. You can go eyeshadowless (I might have just made up this word) with some thinly applied eyeliner and with this lipstick and/or lipglass. And even though I don’t want anything Miley Cyrus related on my face this colour is actually very beautiful. If you want these limited edition, Miley-signed lip products hurry up. We all know that these have a lovely quality so no need to worry about that bit. And for those of you who are afraid of these kind of hues, no better time to try out a bold lip colour than spring and summer!

Herkese selamlar! Mac yine bir Viva Glam koleksiyonuyla geri döndü ve bu sefer Miley Cyrus ile işbirliği yapmışlar. Tam Miley renklerinde bir adet ruj ve bir adet dudak parlatıcısından oluşuyor koleksiyon. Yani bayağı pembe, parlak fuşya pembeden bahsediyorum. Koleksiyonumda benzer renkler var ama yine de bir doğal makyaj aşığı olarak ben bu tarz renkleri basit bir göz makyajıyla çok seviyorum. Farsız incecik eyeliner ve bu ruj ve/veya parlatıcı çok hoş duruyor. Ve yüzümde Miley Cyrus ile alakalı hiçbir şey istemesem de yine de bu rengin çok güzel olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bu sınırlı sayıda, Miley imzalı dudak ürünlerini istiyorsanız acele etmeniz lazım. Hepimizin bildiği gibi zaten oldukça kaliteli ürünlerden bahsediyoruz ve işin o kısmını merak etmemize de gerek kalmıyor. Bu tonlardan korkuyorsanız da dudaklarınızda öne çıkan bir renk denemek için bahar ve yazdan daha uygun bir zaman bulamazsınız zaten!

NEW / YENİ: LANCÔME PARIS BRIDAL COLLECTION 2015

Here comes the… summer, which we all know is the bridal season. (I do make bad jokes from time to time.) Lancôme took advantage of that (not that I make jokes, that it’s almost bridal season) and came up with a new bridal collection. It’s not a huge one but if you’re bride-to-be or a neutral-colour-lover you might like it. There are two eyeshadow palettes, three nail polishes, a lipgloss, two lipsticks, two blushers and a highlighter in the collection. The price range is a bit on the high side, ranging from 15.50$ to 50$. Let’s take a closer look;

Yaz geliyor sonunda, yani hepimizin bildiği anlamıyla düğün mevsimi. Lancôme da bundan faydalanarak bir düğün koleksiyonu çıkarmış. Çok fazla üründen oluşan bir koleksiyon değil ancak müstakbel gelin adayı sizseniz ya da nötr renklerden hoşlanıyorsanız bu koleksiyon ilginizi çekebilir. Koleksiyonda iki far paleti, üç oje, bir dudak parlatıcı, iki ruj, iki allık ve bir de aydınlatıcı var. Fiyatları biraz yüksek, henüz ülkemizde satışa çıkmadı (muhtemelen düğün sezonu bittikten sonra çıkar -.- ) ama yurt dışı satış fiyatları 15.50$ ve 50$ arasında. Koleksiyona daha detaylı bakalım;

NEW: E.L.F. SKIN CARE & DISNEY ELSA COLLECTION / YENİ: E.L.F. CİLT BAKIMI & DISNEY ELSA KOLEKSİYONU

Hello! This was gonna be a Mac post but it’s not :). I simply didn’t have much time these past days so Mac post will have to wait until next Friday as that will be a longer one. This week I’ll be talking what’s new in E.L.F. counters. I don’t know which one you’ll think is more exciting but E.L.F. has come out with its first skincare line. This line is based on hydrated and glowing skin which are two things that excite me the most in skin care. I’m quite intrigued to try the whole line but kinda doubt that it will deliver what I expect. This line is a small one with only four products but I guess better than coming out with a gazillion things and failing. The line includes a moisturiser, night cream, eye cream and serum. Or you can buy the line (online if you want to) as a set which retails for 42$. The price range for the items individually is between 8$ and 12$. At such a low price I think it’s worth a try. Who knows… maybe this will be our new drugstore skin care regimen. The other news I want to mention is a (belated) makeup collection that’s is inspired by Disney’s Frozen movie (hence the name “Elsa”). You can find the collection in select Walgreens but it’s not available online yet. The price range is between 2,99$ and 12,99$ for five products. So what’s in the collection… a beauty book including eyeshadows, blushes and gloss (shocker); a face palette including a blush, bronzer and highlighter; an eyeshadow palette including nine shadows; two lipglosses and an “icing” eyeshadow and eyeliner pot. I’m not too excited about the collection but the face palette might be worth a try. See you on Sunday with new reviews ;).

Selamlar! Aslında bu bir Mac yazısı olacaktı ama görüldüğü üzere değil :). O daha uzun bir yazı olacağı ve benim de bu hafta pek vaktim olmadığı için Mac yazım gelecek Cuma’ya kadar beklemek durumunda kaldı. Bu hafta E.L.F.’te yeni neler var ondan bahsedeceğim. Evet E.L.F. Türkiye’de maalesed hala bulamadığımız ucuz mu ucuz bir drugstore markası. Son olarak Revlon’u getiren Watsons’tan belki sıradaki ricamız bu olabilir ;). Eğer ben kendi imkanlarımla ulaşamıyorum diyorsanız Instagram’da @kozmetikvar hesabını takip edip E.L.F. ürünlerini güven içinde Funda Hanım’dan alabilirsiniz. Bahsetmek istediğim asıl konuya dönersem sizi hangisi daha çok heyecanlandırır bilemem ama E.L.F. ilk cilt bakımı serisini çıkardı. Bu seri nemli ve ışıldayan bir cilt üzerine kurulmuş ki bunlar da cilt bakımında beni en çok heyecanlandıran iki şey. Tüm seriyi denemeye bayağı niyetlendim aslında ama beklediğim gibi olur mu bilemiyorum. Bu aslında dört parçadan oluşan ufak bir seri ama milyon tane ürün çıkarıp hepsini batırmalarından iyidir galiba. Seride bir nemlendirici, bir gece kremi, bir serum ve bir de göz kremi bulunuyor. Ürünlerin tek tek fiyatları 8$ ve 12$ arasında değişiyor, set halinde fiyatıysa 42$. Bu kadar uygun fiyata bence alınıp bir denenebilir. Kim bilir… belki de hesaplı yeni cilt bakımı rutinimiz haline gelir. Bahsetmek istediğim diğer haber de (biraz gecikmeli de olsa) Disney’in Frozen filminden ilham alınan “Elsa” makyaj koleksiyonu. Bu beş parçalık koleksiyonun da fiyatları 2,99$ ve 12,99$ arasında değişiyor. Peki koleksiyonda neler var… farlar, allıklar ve parlatıcı içeren bir “güzellik kitabı” (yine); allık, bronzlaştırıcı ve aydınlatıcı içeren bir yüz paleti; dokuz adet fardan oluşan bir far paleti; iki adet dudak parlatıcı; bir de “icing” far ve eyeliner. Bu koleksiyon için pek de heyecanlı sayılmam ama yüz paleti bir denenebilir. Pazar günü yeni yorumlarla görüşmek üzere ;).
