Hello everyone! I know I’ve been m.i.a this past month and been missing my posts. That was due to some issues I had in my personal life but I’m gonna try and go back to my regular posting schedule now. Today I’m back with a wish list item. I’ve seen Kathleen Lights talk about the Physicians Formula “Butter Bronzer” so much that I had to include it into my own wish list. She swears by it and I can’t resist the idea of a natural looking bronzer. I swatched it just yesterday and immediately fell in love with its texture. It has murumuru butter in it which makes this bronzer silky smooth and easy to apply. Also it has a really nice tropical scent to it and the packaging is beautifully tropical too. It comes in two shades but they didn’t have the lighter shade where I went in. The lighter shade is called “Light Bronzer” and the darker shade is called “Bronzer” but actually the “darker” shade is not dark at all. That’s the only problem I have with Physicians Formula. They only have shades for really light skin tones. This bronzer shares the same problem with others. It only comes in two shades and both shades are really light. The good thing is that the darker shade has no orangeness in it and it’s quite cool toned. It doesn’t have any shimmer in it either, it just gives a really nice glow to the skin. It also comes with a mirror and a sponge applicator. They must have thought that a sponge applicator would be a better idea for a “creamy” product but the problem here is that it’s NOT a “cream” product. It’s a powder after all and even though it’s buttery soft, it’s still not a cream. No matter what, I fell in love with this bronzer and I really wanna have it in my collection. After I swatched it in the store yesterday, I went home and swatched my other bronzers and saw that this one is more cool toned and more natural looking. Son zamanlarda blog yazılarımı düzenli yazamadığımın farkındayım ama özel hayatımdaki bazı sıkıntılar düzenli yazı yazmama engel oldu ama artık eskisi gibi düzenli yazmaya çalışacağım. Bugün istek listemdeki bir ürünle karşınızdayım. Kathleen Lights’ı Physicians Formula “Butter Bronzer” hakkında o kadar çok konuşurken gördüm ki bu ürünü de listeme eklemek zorundaydım. Kendisi bu bronzlaştırıcıya bayılıyor ve ben de doğal görünümlü bronzlaştırıcılara karşı koyamıyorum. Dün bunu denemek için eczaneye girdim ve anında yapısına aşık oldum. Bu kadar ipeksi derecede yumuşak olmasının ve kolay uygulanmasının sebebi ise içindeki murumuru yağı. Aynı zamanda çok hoş tropikal bir kokusu ve aynı güzellikte tropikal bir ambalajı var. Bu ürünün iki rengi var ama dün benim baktığım yerde açık rengi yoktu. Açık renginin adı “Light Bronzer” ve koyu renginin adı “Bronzer” ama aslında “koyu” renk pek de koyu sayılmaz. Benim Physicians Formula ile yaşadığım tek problem bu. Sadece çok açık ten renklerine göre ürün çıkarıyorlar. Bu bronzlaştırıcı da ötekilerle aynı kaderi paylaşıyor. Sadece iki rengi var ve ikisi de çok açık. Güzel yanıysa koyu rengin içinde hiç turunculuk yok ve oldukça soğuk tonlu. İçinde sim falan da yok sadece cilde çok hoş bir aydınlık veriyor. Ürünün içinde bir de ayna ve sünger aplikatör var. Bronzlaştırıcı çok “kremsi” olduğu için sünger aplikatörün iyi bir fikir olduğunu düşünmüşler herhalde ama şöyle bir problem var ki bu bir “krem” ürün DEĞİL. Sonuç olarak pudra yapılı bir bronzlaştırıcı ve her ne kadar yumuşacık bir yapısı olsa da krem değil. Ne olursa olsun ben bu bronzlaştırıcıya aşık oldum ve koleksiyonumda görmek istiyorum. Dün kolumda rengini denedikten sonra eve gidip öteki bronzlaştırıcılarımın da renklerine baktım ama bu daha soğuk tonlu ve daha doğal görünümlü.
